PRINTING

Most companies mass-produce their products months or even years in advance, often leading to overproduction. This not only creates unnecessary waste, but it can also result in cheaper-quality goods. Our T-shirts are made only after you place an order, which means we never produce more than what's needed. This helps reduce waste and ensures that each shirt is of the highest quality.

 

We're proud to offer a sustainable alternative to conventional production methods, and we're grateful to our customers for making thoughtful purchasing decisions. It can take up to a week to print your t-shirt(s), but generally takes only 3 to 4 business days.

SHIPPING

 

Print and Delivery Time-Frame.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as 3 to 4 business days in the U.S.

We ship out all orders with a fixed-rate standard shipping of $4 per tee. When your t-shirt(s) is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an email that will lead to a tracking page providing delivery data from your carrier; where your package is at and when it will arrive. This way you can follow your package and timeline.

 

What to do if you think your order may be late.

 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbors, get in touch with us at hello@teestro.com with your order number.

 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we could send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product - what should I do?

 

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you

quickly, please email us at hello@teestro.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

 

We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS or EXCHANGE

 

Our Return Policy.

 

We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please get in touch with us at hello@teestro.com. We'll do what we can to help you out.

 

Refunds for Damaged or Wrong Tees.

 

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@teestro.com with photos of wrong or damaged items, and we'll sort that out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts— we have one for every item in the product description section of our store.

 

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order at hello@teestro.com

 

Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new tee or issue a refund!
